The Mosquito League Education Program is available to all 5th-grade students across Los Angeles County within District boundaries. For the District's boundary map, please click here.

Does every teacher need to complete a reservation form?

No, but the staff filling out the reservation form will be the main point of contact. If we have additional questions regarding the reservation, we will reach out to the contact on the reservation form.

What if I would like to reserve more than three (3) classes?

You can reserve up to three (3) classes per day. If you like to reserve more than three (3) classes, please reserve a second day. The maximum number of visits per school is two (2) days.

Can classes be combined?

No. Unfortunately, classes cannot be combined due to limited space in the mobile unit and the safety of the students.

If we have four (4) 5th grade classes, how should I schedule the classes?

We recommend reserving two (2) consecutive days and dedicating two (2) classes per day.

Can I change or cancel a reservation?

Yes, after making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will also provide a link to change or cancel your reservation.

What do I need and how do I prepare for the Mosquito League Education Program visit?

We ask the teacher to provide access to a classroom projector. Our staff will bring the necessary equipment and materials for the program. Students only need a pencil.

Where does the Mosquito League Mobile Unit need to be parked?

The Mosquito League Mobile Unit will need to be parked on blacktop or concrete pavement inside the school property.
